- Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
- All prices listed on our website exclude delivery charges. Delivery costs are shown separately in our delivery policy.
Purchase Orders
- You may place an order by following the instructions on our website. By placing an order, you make an offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the Product(s) and the subject of your Order (Purchase Contract).
- Twin Tasty Enterprise is an online business and will primarily communicate with customers via e-mail. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and the nominated e-mail address is regularly checked for correspondence.
- Orders will be deemed to have been received by Twin Tasty Enterprise at the time we send an order confirmation to your nominated e-mail address.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event of a cancelled order by us, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded in full. You will be provided with e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
- We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
- Twin Tasty Enterprise does not accept any responsibility for orders that are declined, delayed or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections.
- We may charge a redelivery fee if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for Your Order.
Payment
- Payment for Orders will be processed upon acknowledgement from us via email.
- You may provide your nominated credit card during the purchase process described on our Website or payment via online banking.
- Unless otherwise stated, all payments to be made through Twin Tasty Enterprise shall be made using ipay88 (where you are the cardholder of that card, bank account holder) or as we may from time to time allow so and shall be made in accordance with such procedures as we may from time to time specify. You may also pay for your order via offline bank in to our bank account:

- If your nominated payment method triggers our fraud prevention protocols, we may contact you to confirm additional details, or withdraw the transaction. In this case, until your order has passed our fraud prevention protocols your order will not be fulfilled. If you do not provide the requested information within up to 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card holders from online fraud.
Discount Vouchers and Promotion Code
- Discount vouchers and promotion code have a validity of specified at the time of issue in writing.
- Discount vouchers and promotion code may be redeemed by entering the voucher code into the Discount Code field at checkout. Discount vouchers and promotion code will not be refunded.
- Online promotions, discounts and gift items are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Promotions are subjected to stock availability.
