Refund Policy

Order Refund

  • Please note that we have a 'No Refund, No Exchange and No Return Policy' for all products sold and supplied in good condition. We ensure that our product quality is checked before we send your order out to you.
  • We guarantee a replacement/exchange for all damaged, defective and incorrect shipment. Buyer must notify us within 7 days upon receiving said goods. We reserve the right not to entertain any queries after the above said period.
  • Returned Products, under the Return Policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and must be in a re-saleable condition within FIVE (5) workings day.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely and at your cost.
  • We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund if replacement products are available within 2 weeks from the date your return items were received.
  • We reserve the right for final decision making.

Cakes Spoilage

  • Assuming all cakes and puffs will be delivered to customers on the same day, the cakes and puffs is best consumed in within 2 days after receiving. Replacement of cakes can be done if cake is spoiled within 2 days but not refund. Old cake is advised to be retrieved for justification.
  • There will be no refund or replacement for misshapen cake during delivery process.
