Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available in Klang Valley only.
• All deliveries will be arranged after we have received full payment.
• Shipping charges depend on the area and your order amount, plus the travelling distance from our store to your location.
• If you are engaging our delivery service, please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
• For Fresh Durians or Frozen Durian, same day delivery subject to availability & timing.
• For pre order of Cheese Cake & Cream Puff, follow the details as below:
  • Cream Puff will be delivered every Thursday & Sunday.
  • Order from Saturday 06:00 PM to Wednesday 06:00 PM - Received on Thursday.
  • Order from Wednesday 06:00 PM to Saturday 06:00 PM - Received on Sunday.
  • Delivery within Klang Valley only.

• Twin Tasty Enterprise is responsible for the delivery times of your order sent by our driver. If there are any problem, please call our staff with whom you liaised with.
• Twin Tasty Enterprise reserves the right to decline shipping to remote or rural locations.

• No charges for self-collection and you may pick up your Sales Order from our store at the following address:
  
  

• Collection can only be done when there is stock available.
• Operating from Monday to Sunday : 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
